The Campus... UNDER CONSTRUCTION

The Campus is a 5 star accommodation completely surrounded by greenery. Within more than 120 hectares of the farm, tourist facilities will be created to accommodate a total of 100 beds. The idea arises from the need to create on the territory of the province of Crotone, a hotel with characteristics of 5 star Hotel, with hospitality services suitable for a type of medium-high clientele that is currently not placed on the territory as the same has no hotel facilities with these characteristics, especially to have at the disposal of the Health Center an accommodation that serves as a college for participants in the courses of the training structure, and from residence for relatives or patients of the clinical structure.
The idea of the project is to apply a new concept of hospitality and tourism, very popular in recent times, linked to the natural heritage of the area, favoring contact with nature; all in a concept of hotel with all the comforts. The structure in a flat area, 100 meters above sea level, is located in a rural environment, 1 km from the airport of Sant’Anna, is a typical example of a unique tourist settlement, immersed in an expanse of cereals, olive groves, orchards, citrus groves and vegetables whose fragrance blends harmoniously with the breeze coming from the nearby coast of the Ionian Sea.
